Compass Fitness.com Fitness Store, you authorize

as but not limited to contact data, shipping
information, credit card data and personal profile
information in order to fulfill the product and/or

requested products or services.
User Name:
When signing up to be a
member of Compass Fitness.com you will be required
to enter a User Name and Password. Depending on the
services members choose to use, a member’s Compass
Fitness.com User Name may be available for public
display on the Compass Fitness.com site so members
should not use their full name.. An instance of when
your User Name would be displayed is when you post a
message within Fitness Connection section of The
Site.
On-Line Fitness Journal:
The personal information
that you enter into the Compass Fitness.com On-Line
Fitness Journal (The On-Line Journal) shall be
maintained on an SSL secure site accessible by you
through a log in process which requires you to input
your established User Name and Password. By using
The On-Line Journal, you authorize Compass
Fitness.com to collect, on your behalf, the
personally identifiable data you enter into The
On-Line Journal including personal medical
information. Compass Fitness.com is not responsible
for any personal data contained on our website that
you share with a third party or for any personal
data accessed by a third party with personal log-in
information obtained by the third party without your
permission. Compass Fitness.com shall have
administrative access rights to your Compass
Fitness.com account which shall no way provide
access nor authorize access to your Personal On-Line
Fitness Journal data.
Shipping
Policy
Compass Fitness.com offers ground
shipping for all items to all locations in the continental
United States. Compass Fitness.com shall ship all orders as
soon as possible after receipt of the order. Orders placed
by 3 pm EST shall in most cases be shipped by the Next
Business Day with the exception of the larger exercise
equipment-treadmills, exercise bikes, total body trainers,
ellipticals and the PowerVibe machines which shall ship
within two weeks of order placement. Gift Cards may be
shipped by ground shipping free of charge or by expedited
Priority Air shipment for a charge of $17.

below apply to all items except larger exercise
equipment-treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, total
body trainers and the PowerVibe machines:

There are two ground
shipping options for larger equipment- treadmills,
ellipticals, exercise bikes and PowerVibe equipment.
The two options are Curbside Shipping and Premium
Shipping. Description of the two shipping option and
costs are as follows:
Curbside
Shipping-Product is delivered by truck to
the Buyers driveway or curbside. The cost
for this shipping option varies from $75
-$175. The exact shipping amount depends on
the specific equipment purchased. The cost
of the shipping will be available on the
Compass Fitness.com website at the time of
purchase.
Premium
Shipping-Product shipped to the home with
complete assembly inside the home. The cost
for this shipping option varies from
$250-$275.
After a product has
shipped, the Buyer will be provided with shipping
tracking information.

Product
Return Policy
Product can be returned for a
Compass Fitness.com store credit within 60 days of the
product purchase date. For all returns, Buyer must contact
Compass Fitness.com at 1-877-781-7117 or email Compass
Fitness.com at
compassfitness@yahoo.com prior to returning a product to
receive a product Return Authorization Number. Buyers may
return a product for a Compass Fitness.com store credit if
the products are unopened, unexpired and in re-sellable
condition. An exception to these requirements shall only be
made if the reason for the return is a defective or damaged
product not caused by the Buyer.
The Compass Fitness.com store
credit will be issued as a Compass Fitness.com Gift Card to
be used towards purchases on the Compass Fitness.com
website. If the Buyer is returning the product due to a
defective or damaged product not caused by the Buyer then
Compass Fitness.com shall include all shipping costs in the
store credit total amount, otherwise the Buyer shall be
responsible for all shipping costs. All products must be
returned in their original packaging and include the Return
Authorization Number. A store credit shall be issued upon
receipt and inspection of the returned items.
The Compass Fitness.com store credit will be issued as a
Compass Fitness.com Gift Card to be used towards purchases
on the Compass Fitness.com website. If the Buyer is
returning the product due to a defective or damaged product
not caused by the Buyer then Compass Fitness.com shall
include all shipping costs in the store credit total amount,
otherwise the Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping
